SHIPPING & HANDLING

Items listed in the Ready to Ship section are in stock and will ship within 3-4 business days. Everything else is handmade to order, just for you, so please allow us 2-3 weeks before shipment. If you have a time constraint, e-mail us at info@chorusjewelry.com to discuss it or you can shop the Ready to Ship section.

All jewelry arrives in a cardboard gift box and recyclable packaging. Orders of multiple items will be held until all the items are ready to be shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number when your order ships, shipping ordinarily takes 4-7 days. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you require shipping insurance please contact us at the time that you place your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love our jewelry. If you don’t, contact us by email within 5 days of delivery and you can exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value or return it for store credit. Return shipping is always free and store credit will never expire. Once you initiate an exchange or return, we will email you a return mailing label. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and returned in original packaging. Gift cards, custom orders and items marked Final Sale are not returnable. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Email us at info@chorusjewelry.com to begin the return process.

METALS & JEWELRY CARE

Our jewelry is made from recycled yellow bronze and recycled sterling silver and we also use 14k gold-filled chains and earwires. All of our metals are nickel and lead free.

YELLOW BRONZE

Our yellow bronze alloy is a buttery gold color that is very close in tone to 14 karat gold. It will very, very gradually deepen in color and gain a subtle patina as the metal interacts with the air. This alloy does not contain copper, so it will not leave green or black oxidation marks on one's skin the way that brass can.

To keep your yellow bronze pieces bright and shiny, store them in an airtight container when not in use and keep them away from hair and skin products, saltwater and chlorine. Or you can use bronze polish or a treated polishing cloth to restore their luster. It may be helpful to clean the pieces with liquid soap and water after polishing and always dry them thoroughly afterwards. A few minutes in warm water will slowly deepen the color of yellow bronze, if polishing makes it a lighter shade than you prefer.

STERLING SILVER

Regularly wearing your silver pieces is a good way to keep them bright. Store them in an airtight container when not in use and keep them away from humidity, hair and skin products, saltwater and chlorine.

If silver pieces do tarnish or grey, use silver polish, a treated polishing cloth or even baking soda paste to polish them. It may be helpful to clean the pieces with liquid soap and water after polishing and always dry them thoroughly afterwards.

14K GOLD-FILLED

Our gold tone chains and earring wires are all 14 karat gold-filled. 14k gold-filled is a standardized jewelry industry process, it means that thick layers of 14 karat gold are fused to a jeweler’s brass core. It is much thicker and more securely bonded than gold plate and it will not flake off. A 14k gold-filled chain looks the same as a 14k solid gold chain.

REPAIRS

We will repair items that have been damaged through normal wear, provided that they were purchased from chorusjewelry.com. We must review the damage to assess if it can be fixed and offer a repair quote.

Please send us an email containing a description and photos of the damage and proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for repairs. Insurance and tracking are recommended for items sent for repair as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

PRICING

If you lose a paired earring, we will replace it for half the price of the pair.

Prices may change due to fluctuations in the precious metals market. Sales and promo codes are only valid during the stated period of the sale. As a very small company, we cannot offer price protection for orders placed before our sales start.
